Overview

The dashboard behind Get You Employed is a single-page application that crawls over eighty company career feeds every morning, scores what it finds against the candidate’s background, and banks the results in one ranked list.

It reaches the boards directly rather than through an aggregator, which is the entire point: applying through a company’s own portal puts a candidate in a far smaller room than a one-click listing does. Full-time, part-time, and local roles get their own tracks, each with its own scoring rubric.

A built-in resume lab handles the other half of the job, letting the candidate keep tailored versions per role and export a clean, machine-readable PDF.

(About)

This is the working product rather than the page that sells it, so the screenshots come from a demo board seeded with an invented candidate. No real user data appears anywhere in this case study.

The build runs with no paid API of any kind. The crawler and the scorer are both plain JavaScript running in serverless functions, which is what keeps a per-seat product viable at five dollars a month.
